Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST.
$25.00 Flat Rate
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NORTH COATS purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
